The object is located in the land of the village of Iskrets, Svoge municipality, about 40 km from the city of Sofia along the Lomsko shose road or through the Iskar gorge.

It has a total area of ??1,319 sq.m., which includes the land as immovable property and an auxiliary house of 162 sq.m., within the boundaries of the property there is a constructed and equipped building, a fish hatchery, a massive house with an office and living room, a room for the on-duty fish farmers and a warehouse for feed for farmed fish.

The open part contains 8 concrete Fish Breeding pools located in cascade, each of them with the possibility of individual water supply and discharge, ensuring a better quality of life for the fish and the possibility of growing a larger amount in 1 m3 of water. This also allows each of them to be easier to clean and maintain without compromising the performance of the other concrete pools. In each of the fish breeding pools there are individual oxygen mixers. Their total area of ??all 8 pools is 360 m3. The dimensions of the pools are: 6 pools - 20m/length-2.20width/1.m depth

2 pools are 10m long - 3m wide / 1.m. depth.

The farm has a complete oxygenation system for the fish area.

Due to the oxygen supply and water quality, there is such an intensity between 10-20 tons.

There is liquid oxygen in the metal oxygen tank that is leased. The service is 20-30 days and depends on the quantity of fish. The court is for rent 3t. per subscription - monthly rent - BGN 456/s VAT, liquefied oxygen is delivered upon request.

It is part of the fish space oxygenation system.

Gas phase oxygen is mixed with liquid phase water.

The fish hatchery mentioned above has an area of ??40 sq.m. This is where the hatchery processes for sturgeon fish roe are carried out. There are processes of hatching, feeding and growing up of the small larvae. The pictures show hatching troughs. In this room there is also a complete alarm system for various cases - an audible signal:

- the risks are water stoppage,

- stopping one of the pumps,

-drop in water levels of the supply water,

- the drop in oxygen pressure in the system

In the warehouse of 10 sq.m. there are 2 diesel units and a current stabilizer, fish farming equipment and food for the fish.

The water supply is carried out from the main water source Iskretska river (waters of karst origin). The river intake has a ?313 supply pipe with a length of 100 l.m and a flow rate of 120 l/s. Also, the farm has its own borehole - equipped and legal with all permits.

Their site built an additional system for adding oxygen to the water used, related to the Fish Farming processes, which ensures a significant increase in the volumes of fish grown and a significantly higher production capacity of the site.

The fish farm was put into operation and started its activity at the end of 2020.

Possesses an up-to-date version of all necessary documents and permits related to the implementation of Fisheries and Aquaculture activities, more specifically Permits under the Water Law (2 copies for a borehole 10m deep and for river water intake), Registration under the ZRA (Fisheries and Aquaculture Act) , Registration under ZVMD (), Registration as an Agricultural Producer.

The fish farm was built for the purpose of breeding, rearing and sale of fish from the Trout family, namely Rainbow Trout, Balkan Trout, Salmon Trout, Grayling, as well as stocking material from the listed groups of fish.

Production capacity of the Facility:

The Iskrets fish farm, conditioned by the temperature regime of the main water source, the Iskretska River, as well as by the built oxygen enrichment systems, has estimated and established possibilities for the production of 50-60 tons of fish of edible size, as well as about 10 tons of stocking material on an annual basis.

Total actual production/realization over the years is as follows:

2021 18,000 kg of total realized production (consumable fish + stocking material)

2022 27,000 kg of total realized production (consumable fish + stocking material)

2023 39,000 kg of total realized production (consumable fish + stocking material)

2024 is expected to be 47,000 kg of total realized production (consumable fish + stocking material)
